Need help

I'm doing some quest for F7 Verlas Ridge but I'm stucking at the quest name "Evidence delivery". It said that I have to deliver a bundle of white hair to Colin, but I can do nothing with npc Colin at Ellora Camp.
Somebody help me with this problem please.

have you tried the NPC Colin in Port of the Winds

Actually I have to meet Dustin at Ashmist Village to complete this quest and my friend helped to find out the problem of this quest  ;D
