Where is the VAULT EXPANSION item?

As the title says, where is it? Is it available here? I can't seem to find it in the cash shop. I want to store some newly aquired items/gears, but I can't because my first vault is already full.  :-\

And I believe its this item is what I am looking for, which I can't really seem to find inside the cash shop.

there is a difference between account vault and the normal vault, Account vault allows to put stuff in a vault that all character can access, the normal vault is a extensioin for 1 characters vault, the account vault is only small (2x6)
