I received in my Cash Gifts a cash wallet today but when I accepted it, it did not show in my inventory.

At 12:28 Feb 20 Berlin time, I was Increased Soul Force for a Zeus Set Gloves(Advance) but having a lag at and double force somehow. The first one is success but the second failed and I lost it. Can you restore it for me please xC

Accidents like that should not be the burden of the staff. You could've used insurance scrolls and kept your item in safety.

It was from Regular to Advance so we don't need scroll, just an accident by lagging so it's good if staff can help but if not so I will accept it. However just let the staff answer

I think Breeze run and Champion Breeze run are now bugged? Breeze run used to work fine, but now it's constantly available to enter, but it never starts. Champion Breeze run doesn't open up at all, and I was at the right time.
