Never got any being online reward yet, because it crashed before all the time.
Also with my summoner i can't do f7 cookie because the enemys that die at the heart are bugging it....

Try to reinstall your game client.

I have a suggestion when you're adding costumes is to add a Costume set called Silver Keikogi set (Or Red Keikogi). It's a pretty old set and one of my favourite.  ;)
