Enchant:

+1  ->  +10 = 95%
+10  ->  +15 = 50%
+15  ->  +20 = 25%
+20  ->  +25 = 10%
+25  ->  +31 = 5%
+ No Rollback.

Soulcraft:

Normal -> Advanced = 90%(Including Stone)
Advanced -> Special = 50%(Including Stone)
Special -> Artifact = 30%
Artifact -> Legendary = 15%

Its safe from 0 to +4, it can rollback from +4 to +7.
All above +7 breaks.

No rollback is only useful til +7.. Doesnt change much.. Just make sure you use insurance scrolls or cry

in the old server. you would pretty much play a game of 50/50 luck to get from +15 to +20. Everytime you failed your eq would rollback.

insurance scrolls protect from breaking, not rollback. you cant even enchant +15 stuff without scrolls, that would just waste your money.
