Update Available 3.2.36 — Halloween (part 2)

 - The Expert Skill Reset Scroll is now available for 86+ Level Characters.

 - Reduced the amount of experience to level up Guilds.

 - Randy, in the Nightmare City, has new costumes.





 - Mixboard has been updated.



 - The location of the New Moon Fair is available. (link)

 - During the enchantment of items, the reset now works from Level +17.
(The minimum level to which a reset can occur is +16)

 - Now Randy can send you to the Boss Battle Dungeons.
You can get into them at a certain time.
