Update available 3.1.30

 - Summer event has begun.

 - Haruka Event (spring) completed .

 - Easter Event Completed.

 - Fixed some bugs in guild quests.

 - Jumping character now has the correct weapon level.

 - Resorted profile of character Stats.

 - Fixed bugs prohibiting entry to Elga and Paris.

 - Fixed skill description "Nosel Tuning"

 - BSQ debuff has been reworked:
Now, while collecting the flag, player can't dash,
and his movement speed and attack are reduced.

Also, player loses the ability to use skills, except for the list of allowed:
Warrior's Bonds, Impervion, Revenge, Recovery Blessing, Defensive Blessing, Barricade, Stumblebum, Gamble, Slow Heal, Self Heal, Wide Heal, Sanctuary, Instant Heal, Barrier, Arch Sanctuary, Mana Shield, Mirror Image, Time Freeze, Moonwalk, Untouchable, EXIT, Storm Stepping, April's Fool

 - Updated BSQ schedule.
Also added daily map rotations for new locations.
BSQ are held daily from 17:00 server time,
where the first BSQ (at 17:00) is always without flags.

 - BSQ for low levels run from 19:30 to 23:30 (every hour).

 - New BSQ have been added,
all old BSQ, except the Fire BSQ, have been removed.
