Runtime Error after New Patch

Good Evening,
I have a small issue where the Game tells me that it runs on an runtime Error.
I just started yesterday and it worked fine.
But today it tells me *Runtime Error* as soon as i selected the Server.

Ok after a quick reinstall and re-patch it worked  ;D : :-X
