Blizzard Cape Box

I warmly welcome,  :D
Could someone give me some information on where I can get the exchange items for the Blizzard Box, so far I've managed to get: Duke Sky Mountains Crystal and Blizzard Cape Leather, but can't get anywhere: Alexsander Fur, Kryos Fur and Victor Ice Pike. Can you get them on some special maps or is the chance of getting them so low?  :-\ :'(

Speak with Mummy Andre at the Port of the Winds.
Also, find a Slot Machine nearby. In it you can find the Blizzard Cape.

Yea, but I still don't have Quest from Andre becouse of my lvl. I ask about
furs and pike because it is possible to exchange them at Jewel Marchent <Edward>( Bear Claw Mine ) and for my current level such a blizzard cape will be perfect  8)

The drop rate of these items is about 5%.
You can also see their loot in the Armored.
But I'll tell you that its are looted in F6 mode.
