If you cannot launch client after update, try to install
vc_redist 2019- Health in PvP no longer increases by 300% and replaced to new buff "Roar of victory".

HP: 70% Increase."Roar of victory (Overlord)"It is a buff that is casted upon Overlord (Warrior Blade) class during PVP.
HP: 80% Increase.
Aim Rate: 3% Increase.
Critical Success Rate: 3% Increase."Roar of victory (Mage)"It is a buff that is casted upon Mage (Magician) class during PVP.
HP: 70% Increase, MP 20% Increase, 3% Accuracy Increase,
