Update released 1.0.26

Changes:
- Critical rate details is moved to "Special" and showing in percents.


- NPC Ami in Port of the Winds is now selling Evolution Crystal for pet evolving.

- Updated Cash-shop.

- Added items to BigWheel and MixBoard.

- In Port of the Winds appears Mummy Andre, which selling rare items. Be careful, the price tag can bite!


- Added a new system for obtaining monster cards for players above level 50.



Fixes:
- Fixed a bug with limiting the critical strike force.
The critical strike power is no longer limited by 250,000.
