My Account has been Banned For no reasons!

It's 6pm30 i wanted to log in and it said my account has been banned. Why ???? Is it a bug? I was playing normally this days i had no problemes with any players and i got this message why????

it's 1pm19 i did a ticket at the support yesterday night and still no replies that's desappointing! My account is still banned for no reasons i know i did nothing wrong!
