Hello dear support,
when I install Dragonica I can play it for one time. After that the game always crashes on start. I already tried to update it manually, or install it while the antivirus is deactivated, but nothing helped.
Sometimes, when it crashes the error message: "dragonsaga.exe caused UNKNOWN_ERROR in module 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\KERNELBASE.dll' at 0023:74C6B782, RaiseException() +98 byte(s)", occurs.
I hope you can help me so I can play this awesome game.
