Help can't login character

i'm new in this server and after logging in... i cant login the char.. it goes back to login screen. and a notification pop up.. connection has been lost due to abnormal client status

is there an ongoing maintenance?

Maintenance started at 10am server time.
If u had any problems with log in it wasn't because of maintenance.

Blocked applications: cheat engine, scripts, hacktools, trainers, bots, Virtual machine, SandBoxie, key presser, WinPE windows emulator.
