We are planning to move some NPC to their own houses, to increase realistic feeling.

Would entering the indoor map works like Elga jr's place, or it's gonna be loading a new map?

i suggest to do a "portal" like the MyHome Model House has, where you just walk against the wall and enter the house without having to enter a new map.
