the cost of tuna weapon costume in METRO CITY

may i ask why the cost of special weapon of human class (only test for staff, 2h sword, claw, crossbow) is only 100/50/25 but for the special weapon of drakan (earth master - gun staff) it's 200/150/50???
is it intentional?
