"Co. Ltd & Amata Software Ltd" <-- this is illigal, to claim it as an unofficial Trademark for a private server purpose.

Amata Software is company which is maintaining this server. We are don't have publisher rights for game Dragonica, but this is our project.

Yea i noticed, but why a damn trademark as an unofficial publisher for the game?

Its harsh, considering its not even legal to do this to well, and up running games like this, with 2 official servers up running in 2 diffrent names

We are not publisher of the game, we are developers of this project and that's all. We are not pretending for official status or something like this.
