Legion Update Testing - Version 2

Heretic (Battlemage) feedback:


- Poison is bugged, healing enemy instead of damaging.



- Damage debuff with using slow heal or selfheal is with 90% a complete PvE destruction.


Thats the situation right now: Using heals often: gives you with lvl 5 debuff: 1 Minute and 20 seconds a debuff like "April April". Think about it. You heal yourself as a heretic. Your Slowheal is 30 seconds. The debuff is more then 2x time. So you running a Minute without any damage, without any heals and ending up being the personification of 0 Impact.


Damage Debuff until 50% is understandable. But only in PvP understandable. Heretic is PvE weak anyway and now getting his last shot in the head.


If this comes online, you only can play Heretic in PvP as a tank, and thats it.


Aimrate and Evade Rate Calculation:


Maybe there is something wrong at the moment?


Its definitely now more Aimrate then Evaderate on the server? Is this final?


Playing on other classes then Thiefs on Evade Rate could be ending up in complete useless. The freedom to aiming for different playstyles is practically forbidden.


Cards:


We are all positive about the All Stat nerf and that health stays on other cards too. 👍 Good choice.


PvP in General:


Made some PvP with full geared enemies.


Because of the new cs weapon evrything even with +20 is pretty fast down.


The problem: If the full geared +20 people getting killed by 1 combo of any class. Why should I try to max out my equipment anyway? => Loosing Donations




The actual Problems in PvP are that Block on Paladin and Ninja is way too strong. And Ninja can get such a high evade, that even full aimrate Sentinels can not hit them.
And maybe healing is too strong and maybe some sentinel debuffs are too long.


You tried to fix it, but atm we are all glasscanons. And you know, if we are all glasscanons, we are not better then the balancing with Elemental damage on Popcorn Server.

I agree to Ecki in all points he listed, we tested this together on testserver yesterday and the mentioned points were very significant.
Especially the ridiculously low evade numbers on all classes except thiefs were concerning.

For example the aim/evade ratio should be 0,65 aim and 0,6 evade on bomber. my character on regular volia server has around 1190 aim and 1150 evade, on the testserver my aim was at around 900+ (0,65 ratio), but only 670 evade (0,6 ratio). Something seems way of with it.

- Fixed a bug due to which the Berserking (Bloody Roar) skill did not add Min Physical Attack.

Updated.

- Due to the removal of the Def Rate, the chance of a minimum Aim Rate has been reduced from 30% to 20%, provided there is no Aim Rate
- If the Critical Rate is less than 5%, then the attack will use the minimum Critical Rate of 5% (not displayed in the character's parameters).
- Changed the formula for calculating the Critical Rate, details can be found in the game.

- Fixed the Memorandum of Blood skill.
- To obtain effect of Incineration skill, you need to use Energy Buster skill with the learned Memorandum of Blood skill, not the Fortress skill.

Heretic: Memorandum of Blood. Usefull change to make it into Energy Buster. I allready mentioned it a half year ago to change the passive buffs from fortress into Pepperoni or Energy Buster. But it was claimed as a bad idea. Well.


The bad thing on Energy Buster is still, that it is very buggy. Some of the shots mostly dont even hit the enemy. You can very easy canceling the animation and the energy buster hit nothing. (I know you dont have to hit a enemy to trigger the effect)


I would still use Pepperoni as the trigger for Memorandum of Blood and reduce simply the cooldown for pepperoni (it has a crazy high cd and the damage is not even better then Ice Emblem)

Infiltrator => Poison Crusher is way too overpowerd.


Really, if Poison Crusher comes out this, I dont know if the server will survive it.
