I'm new and I just created a character . I log in my character and I'm stuck at the first loading screen. I can press esc and see the options. any fix? thanks

It is likely that you need to reinstall the game with your antivirus turned off.
(if it is Avast antivirus, then it is better to replace or remove it)
Most likely, some patches were installed incorrectly.
