Pre-patch note 3.0.13

- City's name in Character card has been fixed.
- Abyss Arena is returned!
Players can fight vs bosses and get rare items.

- Element attack has been rebalanced.
- New event is coming!
Paris with her spys will attack on the city!
Players in the game will see message that City under attack by Paris. Heroes, all to the rescue!
Heroes need to kill them and get reward!
- Expert mode for Drakos tower is added.
