Magic Coins and Strange Looking Posters

Hey,

what is the purpose of Magic Coins right now? I heard i can exchange them for Cash but I didn't find an option at the Machine?

Also, there is an option to get Nostalgia stuff as far as i know but where do i get these Posters from? Is it something like endgame or just remaining items that u can not get anymore?

You can change Magic coin in the Machine near missions.
