Patch note 2.1.21 details:

Changes and Fixes

- Galaxia Skill Socket Cards are now usable from Level 20~99.

- Health of Hades has reduced.

- Health of Bone Dragon has reduced.

- Skill 'Sniping' attacks 2 standing or fallen enemies now.

- All F6 Rings are now socketable.

- Removed the "Attack Range" stat from Earth Master's Secmathian Set (3 parts) and replaced it by a different one
(all grades: normal, rare, hero).
We found out that this ability is bugged when used on sets.
