Where to get Souls and EIS?

As the title says, i'm new in this server and having trouble getting souls and enchant insurance scroll..usually in other servers i can buy it at npc or available at shop...

btw what is the enchantment rate in this server?

We used to have insurance scrolls and all the stones/runes available on the cash shop, along with the wallet of 10 cash on sale on Daisy npc @100g each, but they all got removed after the recent duper fiasco.

can please tell me where got drop soulstones (besides dismantling) and weap/armor enhance dust?
been boosting my char till 75+ at f7 cookie. should i play other f7? or start hunting eq?
googled about drops, but they (not this server) said, in chaos maps but chaos maps been removed long time ago ....? (i also dunno coz im new with this game)

You can try doing the Sinkhole quests and enter Metro City. You can get a really tiny amount of souls from the 2nd stage, and the 3rd stage drops some enchant dust. The monsters there scale with your level, so beware~

Lv75 is high enough to start hunting equipments, I think? Not sure. Depends on what you're targeting I guess.

We don't have chaos maps, but we can still enter the chaos arcade map from the regular entrance. To enter the chaos F2, you need the chaos scrolls you can get from the boss inside F1, or trade with devil soul stone. It's free on the ingame cash shop.
