- Fixed freezing of the launcher if there is no connection to the server.

- The game client can now be launched through the launcher even if there is no connection to the update server.

 - Launcher now supports 7 languages.
The launcher language automatically adjusts to the system language.
If your language is not in the list of supported languages, then English will be used by default.
