issues on bullying people in this server. NO RESPECT AND NO HONOR!

FIRST OF ALL i would like to say sorry for the subject title cause this really have happen quite awhile and in such a way where people in the community cannot even have a justice in this server. instead they get bully by the same persons and repeating been provoking by the same persons.yet they didnt get any punishment instead the persons that been bully gets it. This is very not a good way for the Server community to be growth and i would say, this server have a really bright future if the server have a really great management which u can assured the peoples in this server have a pleasure to play with fun and enjoy moment. i do not understand why such manner been let loss and didnt even get any feedback or comment. instead it becoming more and more. the community have to obey the rules, yes they have done it yet do the bullying part is not a part of a rules in here? provoking and bullying is a really two different things but for such people to be get a way without having any warning or punishment is really not give a good picture for the rules that have been made for this server.so for that, i have some proof which i would like to see if the GM or admin can do something bout this matter. thank you

First of all, if u think this is a bully issues  then u can stop joining bsq. Well, i have the screenshots on how u guys bully others too though.
2. In ur screenshots, please dont remove and hide ur own chats. Not fair for others too , they cant see what ur saying though.
3. I have more screenshots on how u provoke to others first and callling other player pot user in BSQ and noob in BSQ for using perfect seal during the fight. Now let me show u what u guys did few days ago. Is this how u guys play? Syafmal boosting and then afk-ed then changed to winning team so that u guys can 3v1?
