Can not log in - Check ID

I am having a similar issue to a past user.
I am unable to sign in even with the correct credentials.

Although, I am able to sign into the homepage.

I could not find the button to edit my post, but your fix worked. Thank you.
I believe that one of the 'Top100' websites linked me directly to an old client download and caused the mix up.
