Pre-patch note 2.1.21 details:

Changes and Fixes

- Galaxia Skill Socket Cards are now usable from Level 20~99.

- Health of Hades has reduced.

- Health of Bone Dragon has reduced.

- Skill 'Sniping' attacks 2 standing or fallen enemies now.

- All F6 Rings are now socketable.

- Removed the "Attack Range" stat from Earth Master's Secmathian Set (3 parts) and replaced it by a different one
(all grades: normal, rare, hero).
We found out that this ability is bugged when used on sets.

These sets consist of Ring, Belt, Earrings and Bracelet

Bracelet: Def/MDef 130, Physical Damage Drop 15.0%, Magical Damage Drop 15.0%

3 Parts: All Element Resistance Rates +10%
4 Parts: All Element Damage Rates +10%, Final Critical Success Rate +2.0%, Five elements resistance 5000
